Lavanderian is owned and operated by Molly Legate, Sole Proprietor. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Lavanderian,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Molly Legate doing business as Lavanderian.

We use information to provide and improve our services, schedule pickups and deliveries, process transactions, manage accounts and memberships, send order updates and receipts, respond to support requests, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations.

Mobile information non-sharing: We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties.
Text messaging
If you provide consent to receive text messages from Lavanderian, we may send service-related messages such as pickup reminders, order status updates, delivery notices, receipts, account notices, and replies to your requests.
Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Payments and security
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Lavanderian does not store complete payment card numbers in its own systems. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or correct your account information. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the instructions in the message and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Service-related communications may still be necessary to complete an active order or respond to a request.
Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
